Booking & delivery
How do I book?+
Pick your package on the pricing page or hit Book bins, choose your delivery date and address, add any extras, and you're done — it takes about two minutes. You'll get a confirmation with your delivery window.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend 3–5 days ahead, especially for month-end and summer moves when demand is highest. Need bins sooner? Call us at (403) 555-0199 — we can often accommodate next-day delivery.
When will you deliver?+
You choose a delivery date at checkout and we give you a 2-hour window. We deliver 7 days a week, right across Calgary.
Do I need to be home?+
Not necessarily. If you'd like, leave delivery instructions and we can drop the bins in a safe spot — a garage, porch or building concierge. Same goes for pickup.
Which areas do you serve?+
All of Calgary — Downtown, the Beltline, and the NW, NE, SW and SE quadrants. If you're moving anywhere inside the city, we deliver there. See the service areas page.
The bins
What sizes are the bins?+
Two sizes: the Standard bin (94 L · 24"×20"×12") for general packing like closets and cupboards, and the Small bin (46 L · 21"×15"×9") for heavy items like books and dishes. Most moves use a mix of both.
How sturdy are they?+
Far tougher than cardboard — they're stackable, crush-proof and won't blow out at the bottom. They lock shut with attached lids, so nothing spills in transit.
Are the bins clean and sanitized?+
Yes. Every bin is cleaned and sanitized between rentals, so they arrive fresh, sealed and ready to pack.
Are they waterproof?+
They're water-resistant — built for an Alberta move through snow, rain or slush. Your belongings stay protected in a way cardboard simply can't match.
How many bins do I need?+
A 1-bedroom typically needs ~20–25 bins, a 2–3 bedroom home ~35–45, and a 4+ bedroom or office ~70+. Use the estimator on the pricing page or just pick the package matching your home size.
Pricing
What's included in the price?+
Your bins for the first week, free delivery and free pickup, and free labels to colour-code rooms. Packages start at $145/week for a condo or 1-bedroom.
What if I need the bins longer?+
Extra weeks are just $1.50 per bin. One week is included; most customers keep them up to two weeks. Need longer? Just let us know and we'll extend it.
Can I add dollies and supplies?+
Absolutely. Add moving dollies, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and furniture covers to any package — see the full list on the kit page.
How does the $15 code work?+
New customers save $15 on their first order with code YYC15 — just enter it at checkout.
How do I pay?+
Securely online at checkout with all major credit cards. You'll only be charged once, up front, for your selected package and any add-ons.
Pickup & returns
How long can I keep the bins?+
One week is included in every package, and most customers keep them up to two weeks. Extra weeks are $1.50 per bin if you need more time.
How do I schedule pickup?+
When you've unpacked, book a pickup window online or give us a call and we'll come collect the empties — free, on your schedule.
What if I need to extend?+
No problem — just reschedule your pickup for a later date. Additional weeks are billed at $1.50 per bin.
What if a bin gets damaged?+
Normal moving wear is completely fine — that's what they're built for. In the rare case a bin is lost or seriously damaged, a small replacement fee applies, which we'll always explain upfront.
