Stages

Your whole life as a living, explorable timeline — and the Connection Web that finds where your path crossed other people's.

The story

A feed rewards the last five minutes, not the last five years — so the shape of your actual life gets lost. Stages turns your whole life into a living, interactive timeline: the schools, the jobs, the cities, the clubs, the holidays, the milestones.

Then the Connection Web finds where your path crossed other people's — same school and graduating year, same employer, same club, the same city at the same time — and helps you reconnect with the classmates, old coworkers and teammates you lost track of. Private by default; publish a shareable timeline at stages.bio/you when you're ready.

Where it actually is. The Connection Web is the newest surface and is still early access. The timeline itself is fully live.

What it does

In plain words.

Document your life as visual chapters and publish a shareable, explorable timeline — a digital autobiography, memorial, career portfolio or family archive.

Private by default: nothing is public until you publish it.

The first five minutes

What you actually do first.

  1. 01Start free with email or Google.
  2. 02Add a chapter: a school and a year is already a real timeline; or import your history from LinkedIn or Facebook.
  3. 03Pick a public username and flip the timeline to public when you are ready.

The value · before and after

What changes for you.

  • Before

A feed that rewards the last five minutes of your life.

    After

The whole shape of it — schools, jobs, cities, milestones — in one explorable page.

  • Before

Photos scattered across three phones and two clouds.

    After

Chapters with tags, an ongoing toggle and photo upload, in a trail feed or a card grid.

Why it is worth it

Versus doing nothing.

  • A private timeline is a real 404 to everyone else — no leak — and public pages render real data with structured markup for search.

Straight answers

What it does not do.

  • Stages is free-tier only today; there is no paid plan to buy.
